About Emilio

Emilio’s Trattoria is owned by Emilio Di Carlo, a native New Yorker and executive chef with decades of experience in fine dining. In South Florida he led kitchens at Il Paparazzi, Giacosa, Emilio’s Casa Toscana, and Cafe Ragazzi before opening this Bay Harbor destination for Tuscan cuisine.
