Upon arriving in Florida, he came to be recognized as the driving force behind various prominent Italian restaurants, including Il Paparazzi, Giacosa, Cafe Ragazzi, and Emilio’s Casa Toscana. Now, Chef Di Carlo is pleased to present his newest venture to the residents of South Florida with Emilio’s Trattoria, featuring fine Tuscan Cuisine.
